Mission Statement: To provide diverse cultural and educational opportunities to the residents of Valdez and surrounding communities; to enrich the quality of life; and foster appreciation of the Arts

To strive to make the visual and performing arts and cultural activities an integral part of life in the Valdez area;
To serve as a legal, non-profit, tax-free umbrella organization for arts and culturally-related efforts by individuals or groups in the Prince William Sound and Copper River Basin areas;
To support, promote, encourage, and provide information for arts existing within the community; and to help provide for, and sponsor visits from, outside artists to the Valdez area;
To support the schools by providing diverse residency arts and cultural programs.
